I cherish special occasions/holidays particularly when they fall on the weekend, for the simple reason you don't have to return to work the following day. LOL ![]() |
Jacket/Lane Bryant | Striped Shirt/Old | Leather joggers H&M | Zebra Pumps/Nine West ![]() ![]() But, to be honest, I have a weird relationship with Valentines Day. < span sty le="font-family: inherit;">Albeit I do adore the thought of romantic sentiments, yet it seems crazy that we have to set aside a day for something which I think ought to be a normal practice. To top that off, not a fan of the typical Valentine trinkets like stuffed teddies and balloons, nor do I care for roses. My husband knows how I feel so will recognize the event with my most loved blossoms, hydrangeas, and orchestrate something atypical for the occasion. I tend to take the same course with my look and steer away from Valentine themed clothing however will consolidate Valentine shades in my outfits like thi s poppy red blazer. I like red but add a tinge of orange and my sentiments turn to love. This shade of red contrasts nicely against my favorite color palette, black and white, and is flattering against most skin tones. If you are celebrating the LOVE towards a significant other, your children, friends, or even a pet this weekend, remember the most important love is the adoration for yourself! Whether attached, singer, or it's complicated, treat yourself this Valentines and remember to be FAB! ![]() Until next time, xx Delilah From::http://pumpsandstudz.blogspot.com/2015/02/tgi-fab-happy-valentines-day.html
